Terms for the tools for individuals

This is an English translation, for your information, of section 12 of Aproba's Términos y condiciones (terms and conditions). If the two texts differ, the Spanish version prevails. The rest of the Terms apply to the law firms that use the platform.

12. Tools for individuals

These tools are sold by Aproba (ExpatfrancesCKNA07 S.L., NIF B22993539) to individuals, without an account, with a one-off card payment (VAT included). You receive the invoice by email.

  • «Fill in your EX online» (€4.90): the official form you choose, filled in with the details you type or that are read from your passport or your TIE, as an editable PDF, for you to check, sign and submit yourself.
  • «Your tasa, without mistakes» (€2.90): the fee, the box and the amount for your procedure, and the tasa 790-012 or 790-052 in your name, taken from the official generator with the security code you type yourself. You pay the fee amount yourself at the bank, separately.
  • «How's my application going?» (€4.90): a report on your application with what you type from the official status check (Aproba does not check it for you): what it means, your deadlines with their legal basis and what to do, and, where it applies, the escrito de impulso or the request for the certificado del silencio filled in with your details.
  • TIE pack (€5.90): the EX-17 and the tasa 790-012 of the card, for the same person.

Each payment is valid for 30 days and up to 5 downloads of each document, for the same person: the same date of birth (the EX and the fee) and the same NIE or passport (the fee and the letter). You can correct one of these details, once. The report is valid for one application (the same procedure and the same submission date; together with the letter's NIE, also a single correction) for 180 days and, if its letter becomes available later (when the office's deadline ends), until 30 days after that. If the official website does not respond, your payment is still valid: try again later.

It is digital content delivered immediately: by paying you agree to receive it now and you waive the right of withdrawal (art. 103.m of the consolidated text of the Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, the Spanish consumer law). If, while your payment is valid, you have not been able to download the document, whatever the reason (also if the official website does not respond), write to us at aproba.software@gmail.com: we send it to you or, if that is not possible, we refund the amount.

Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of the owner's registered address, unless a different mandatory jurisdiction applies.
