EX-18 — EU citizen registration/residence. Application for registration in the Registro Central de Extranjeros (Central Register of Foreigners) by the citizen of the Union, of the EEA or of Switzerland.

The foreign national's details, read from their validated documents: full name, document, date and place of birth, nationality, address and phone.

What Aproba leaves blank on purpose

Two boxes are not filled in by themselves, and it is a decision, not an oversight. «Representante legal, en su caso» in section 1 is for the legal representative of the foreign national — the father, the mother or the guardian of a minor —, not for the firm: putting yourself there is a common mistake. And «Domicilio a efectos de notificaciones» (address for notifications) decides who receives the file's notifications, with the deadlines that come with them: you decide that one, case by case.
