Tasa por tramitación de documentos a ciudadanos extranjeros (fee for processing documents for foreign nationals)
It is the Police fee: the one that goes with the NIE, the foreigner identity card (TIE) and its renewals, the residence and non-residence certificates, the return authorisation and the documents of the EU regime and of the Withdrawal Agreement.

Tramitación de autorizaciones de residencia y otra documentación a ciudadanos extranjeros (processing of residence permits and other documents)
It is the fee of the Oficinas de Extranjería (immigration offices): initial residence permits, renewals, arraigos, family reunification, studies and long-term residence. Everything that is not Police or Justice.

It is the other half of the 052: the 052 pays for residence and the 062 for work — initial permits as an employee or self-employed, their renewals, seasonal and cross-border work.

It is the fee for nationality by residence, which is handled by Justice, not by Extranjería (immigration).

It is the fee for the criminal record certificate, the document that goes with half of immigration: arraigos, nationality and many renewals.

The one it doesn't: the 790-038
The Ley 14/2013 fee (international mobility) is not generated from Aproba: its form can only be obtained by identifying yourself with a digital certificate or Cl@ve on the Ministry's Sede. Rather than produce something that is not the valid form, we leave it out and say so. The rest of the procedure —documents and the three MI forms— does come out of Aproba: see international mobility (in Spanish).
