Tasa 790-062: the work permit fee
It is the other half of the 052: the 052 pays for residence and the 062 for work — initial permits as an employee or self-employed, their renewals, seasonal and cross-border work. Here: which procedures need it and how it comes out of the file without typing the client's details again.

790-062 — Tramitación de autorizaciones de trabajo a ciudadanos extranjeros (processing of work permits). Collected by: Delegaciones y Subdelegaciones del Gobierno (Government Delegations). It is the other half of the 052: the 052 pays for residence and the 062 for work — initial permits as an employee or self-employed, their renewals, seasonal and cross-border work.
How Aproba generates it
The Sede does not publish a downloadable PDF of the 790-062: you have to go through its generator, with a session and a security code. Aproba opens that session, fills in every field with the file's details and shows you the Sede's captcha; you type it and the official PDF with its barcode comes back, ready to pay at the bank or through the payment gateway.
Record
The details are already there: the AI read them from the validated documents.
File
The 790-062 appears among the procedure's fees; the others don't.
Captcha
You type the code the Sede shows.
Official form
With its three copies and its receipt number, saved in the file.
For a residence and work permit as an employee both are paid: the worker pays the 052 and the employer the 062. In the file, both are added from the fee selector.
What Aproba does not do
- It does not pay the fee. It generates the form; the client or the firm pays, at the bank or through the Sede's payment gateway.
- It does not decide the amount for you. The amount and the epígrafe (item) are those of the official generator itself when it is issued.
- It does not submit the file. Submitting is an act of the professional, with their certificate.

Frequently asked questions
Is it the official form?
Yes: the one returned by the Sede itself, with its barcode and its receipt number. Aproba does not draw a look-alike form.
Can it be added to a file that doesn't have it by default?
Yes. The file has a fee selector: the one for the procedure appears and you add another when the case needs it.
Is it saved?
Yes, in the client's file, together with their documents and their forms.
